Sessions are sold in four-session minimum packages. This is to reserve your slot. There is a $5-per-session discount if you purchase eight or more sessions. You may purchase a single session for your first time with a trainer. Please email email@example.com if you wish to purchase more than eight sessions.
Sessions must be used within three months of purchase. There is no refund after three months.
Prices may change without notice; however, if you have a current package, the change will not take affect until you have completed all of the sessions in your package.
AM Bootcamp classes start on the first Tuesday of each month. There are no drop-ins; we find that consistency is the key to success for our AM bootcamp. The one-month fee is non-refundable, regardless of your attendance in the class.
Our night Bootcamp classes are every Monday and Wednesday night, 7pm-8pm. This is a drop-in class, you may come when you wish!
Kettlebell intensive is limited to those with prior kettlebell experience. If you feel you are already proficient at kettlebell you may schedule a personal training session with Juliet to show your competence OR you may attend the Kettlebell technique class. Kettlebell sport, as taught at Juno Fitness, is highly technical. For safety reasons you must be minimally proficient in order to attend this class.
The basic Kettlebell Series at Juno Fitness:
This class will run eight weeks (dates to be determined) meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45pm, each session one hour long.
The cost will be $380-, regardless of attendance.
We understand that this is a commitment, but we have discovered through trial and error that a consistent schedule will create an unbroken thread of learning the basics of Kettlebell (girevoy) sport.
